TUTORIAL - USING SIMPLY SCORED DIAGONAL PLATE


Welcome to this edition of Tuesdays Tips, Techniques and Tutorials. This week I have these cute little Freddo Pockets. I made them using the Simply Scored Diagonal Plate.
Card Making Supplies: All items are from Stampin' Up!
Stamp Sets - Mixed Bunch
Inks. - Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight
Cardstock and Paper- Everyday Enchantment and Letters to Santa
Punches - Blossom
Other -Simply Scored Tool, Simply Scored Diagonal Plate, Dimensionals & Freddo Frogs of course.

Cut paper to 5x5 inches
Using Simply Scored Diagonal plate score A (2 opposite corners make A sides) sides at 1 ¾ inch lines. Do this for both A sides. Rotate paper. Score only one B side ( other 2 coners make B sides) at 2 ¼ inch mark. Fold B score over to form the bottom of the pocket. A sides are folded over to form the sides.
Then cut a strip of DSP 1” x 5”. This forms the stripe around the body of the pocket. Lastly stamp any image, cut out and adhere to the front. Lastly put your Freddo Frog in the pocket
