HOLIDAY CATALOGUE EMBELLISHMENTS FROM STAMPIN' UP!

Over the coming weeks I will be showing some of my favourite items out of the current Stampin' Up! Annual and Holiday Catalgoues. Today I am going with Embellishments from the Holiday Catalogue. I simply love all three of these. Firstly Stampin' Up! Designer Brushed Bronze Buttons - $11.95 for 16. They are 2.2cm in diameter and love the aged vintage look they have. Next the Cotton Ribbon - $13.95 is 2.2cm in width and 9.1m on the roll. What is great about this ribbon is that you can colour it and stamp on it, making it a one of a kind item for any project. Lastly is this photo is the Stampin' Up! Desginer Ribbon Slides - $8.95 for 16. They are 1.4cm in width and co-ordinate perfectly with 1cm ribbon or you can used wider ribbon like the cotton ribbon in the photo to give you a runched up look. I will have some projects soom where I will be using these embellishments.
If you would like to order any Stampin' Up! products just  EMAIL ME and they will be sent to you directly anywhere in Australia.

AHOY THERE ME HEARTIES

On the weekend my 3 year old son had a Pirate Birthday Party to go to. He had such a lovely time there too. So I made this card for his little friend. I saw this somewhere on the net the pirate punch art is not my own design, but I did alter it slightly as the one I saw was quite small and I wanted one to fit on the whole card front. I used the now retired Big Top Birthay papers for the pirate. Also used Stampin' Up! Houndstooth Embossing Folder and all Stampin' Up! punches .
EMAIL ME today if you would like more information on how to make this cute little card.

ARTFUL STAMPERS HOLIDAY BLOG HOP

Hope that you've all been enjoying the gorgeousness of the Annual Catalogue. The Holiday Catalogue also went live on the 1st of September, but we thought we'd give you a couple of weeks to get into it before we bombarded you with the beautiful things the Holiday Catty brings!!!

So another Artfull Stampers Hop ~ this time to celebrate the Holiday Catalogue Launch!! You may have hopped here from Kay Koufalakis  Blog. I’m stop # 9 on the Hop and I’m glad you're here sharing in the fun!! Without further ado here are my creations from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalgoue.

I decided to create a few little christmas gift tags and a co-ordinating gift box. t think I will be giving these to some of my family for Christmas Gifts, or maybe pre-christmas gift so that they can use them this year. They are great to used up some of your scrap paper and cardstock as they are only a 9cm sqaure. To make them I used Stampin' Up! Scentsational Season Stamp set and the co-ordinating Holiday Collection Framelit Dies, which are bundled together in the cataluge to save you 15%. The woodmount set is $64.50, clear mount is $58.50. I also used the Scallop Squares Duos Bigz Die and Snow Festival Designer Patterned Papers. I also used Stampin' Up! Simply Scored to create the cute little gift box. Cardstock and inks are Gumball Green, Cherry Cobbler, Baja Breze, Soft Suede and Whisper White. I also added a little bling, because we all like a little sparkle in our lives. I hope you like my project. EMAIL ME today to place your order and have it delivered to your door anywhere in Australia.

    How far we come

I was going through my files the other day and came across this photo. This is one of the first cards I ever made about 3 years ago. I used Stampin' Up! Circle Circus. It was one of the few stamp sets I owned then, but is still a current stamp set now. At this stage I didn't own a bigshot or any patterned paper either. At the time I thought it was quite good, not so sure about that now. It is a good reminder though of how far we travel on our creative journeys.

    Happy Fathers Day

appy Father's Day. Card I have made for my Dad using Stampin' Up! Best Dad Ever Stamp Set . I have used the Comfort Cafe' Designer Patterned Paper. To get the worn look I used Early Expresso Co'orindation Cardstock which is in the Holiday Catalogue and ran it through my bigshot using Houndstooth embossing folder. I have then sanded the cardstock back using Stampin' Up Sanding block. When you sand it back it shows up the inside colour of the cardstock producing this great worn vintage look. I absolutely love this.
